Product Information

Alumina ceramic, also known as aluminum oxide or Al2O3, is an oxide ceramic widely used in industry. Alumina ceramic materials are known for their extremely high hardness and high thermal conductivity. The properties of alumina ceramics make it one of the most widely used ceramics in structural, wear and corrosive environments.

Aluminum oxide is characterized by high hardness, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, good dielectric properties (for conversion from DC to GHz frequencies), low loss tangent and stiffness.

Alumina ceramics are divided according to the Al2O3 content in the material. Common ones are: 75%, 95%, 99%, 99.5%, 99.7% alumina ceramics, etc. Usually, we choose the purity of alumina ceramics based on the performance requirements of the products we make.

1. Alumina Ball

Alumina balls are non-spherical aluminum oxide particles that are widely used in the petrochemical, agricultural and coatings industries.

Alumina balls can directly enter the reaction, greatly reducing the impact on the catalyst, thereby extending the service life of the catalyst. In addition, alumina balls can also be used to make surface protective coatings.
