Alumina hollow ball bricks/Alumina bubble bricks are ultra-high temperature energy-saving and heat-insulating materials made of alumina hollow balls and alumina powder as the main raw materials, combined with other binders, and fired at 1750 degrees. Its main components include alumina hollow balls, corundum powder, calcined powder, etc., which are made by homogenization, molding, high-temperature sintering and other processes.
Features:
High use temperature: The use temperature of alumina hollow ball bricks can reach above 1750 degrees, showing excellent thermal stability.
Low thermal conductivity: Due to its internal hollow structure, the thermal conductivity is low, which can effectively reduce heat transfer and improve thermal efficiency.
Low volume density: Compared with traditional heavy bricks, the volume density of alumina hollow ball bricks is only 1.1~1.5g/cm³, which can significantly reduce the weight of the furnace and reduce the equipment load.
High mechanical strength: The mechanical strength of the product is high, which is several times that of ordinary lightweight products.
