Product Information
Ceramic fiber board generally refers to aluminum silicate fiber board. Aluminum silicate fiber board is processed by wet vacuum forming process. The strength of this type of product is higher than that of fiber blanket and vacuum forming felt, and it is suitable for high temperature fields that require rigid strength of the product.
Features:
1. High temperature resistance: The operating temperature of ceramic fiberboard can reach 1100℃, and it can withstand extremely high temperature environment.
2. Low thermal conductivity: In an environment of 1000℃, the thermal conductivity is only 0.18w/mk, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
3. High strength: After high temperature and processing, ceramic fiberboard has high aging resistance and service life.
4. Easy to install: Due to its fiber structure, ceramic fiberboard can be cut and bent arbitrarily, which is easy to install.
5. Environmental protection and safety: The main raw materials are inorganic materials, which are harmless to the human body and friendly to the environment.
