High Alumina Insulation Bricks
Product Information
High-alumina insulation brick is a lightweight refractory material made of high-alumina bauxite as the main raw material, adding lightweight aggregates and additives, and formed, dried and fired at high temperature. It is mainly used for thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment.
Main characteristics
Lightweight: low volume density, usually between 0.6-1.2g/cm³, reducing structural load.
High aluminum content: Al₂O₃ content is above 48%, high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance.
Low thermal conductivity: excellent thermal insulation performance, reducing heat loss.
High temperature resistance: long-term use temperature can reach 1350℃-1450℃.
Thermal shock resistance: can withstand rapid temperature changes and is not easy to crack.
Mechanical strength: has a certain compressive and flexural strength to meet the use requirements.
