Product Information
High aluminum bricks refer to alumina content in more than 48% of a neutral refractory material, according to the different aluminum content, mainly divided into three levels: Ⅰ(Al2O3≥75%); Ⅱ(60%≤Al2O3<75%); Ⅲ(48%≤Al2O3<60%). High alumina bricks are formed and calcined from bauxite or other raw materials with high alumina content. They have high thermal stability and a refractoriness of over 1770℃, and have good slag resistance and are used for lining EAF, glass melting furnaces, cement rotary furnaces, etc.

Application
High alumina bricks are mainly used for VOD, AOD, blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, EAF, reverberatory furnaces, and rotary kiln linings. In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open-hearth heat storage checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc.
