Introduction
Calcium silicate insulation pipe is a new type of insulation material made of silicon oxide (quartz sand, powder, silicon, algae, etc.), calcium oxide (also useful lime, carbide slag, etc.) and reinforcing fiber (such as mineral wool, glass fiber, etc.) as the main raw materials, through stirring, heating, gelling, molding, autoclaving hardening, drying and other processes. Its main materials are highly active diatomaceous earth and lime, which react hydrothermally under high temperature and high pressure to boil the product, regenerate the mineral wool or other fibers as a reinforcing agent, and add coagulant materials to form a new type of insulation material.

Product Structure
Calcium silicate pipe is a kind of insulation material made by thermoplastic reaction of calcium silicate powder and then mixing it with inorganic fiber. It is an asbestos-free high-performance insulation material that can provide high-quality heat-resistant insulation protection for heat pipe systems used in power stations, petrochemical plants, oil refineries, heat distribution systems and processing plants.

Safe use temperature up to 650℃, 300℃ higher than ultra-fine glass wool products, 150℃ higher than expanded perlite products; low thermal conductivity (γ≤ 0.56w/m.k), far lower than other hard insulation materials and composite silicate insulation materials; small bulk density, the lowest weight among hard insulation materials, the insulation layer can be thinner, and a large number of rigid brackets can be reduced during construction, and the labor intensity of installation is low; the insulation product is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and has high mechanical strength; the product can be used repeatedly for a long time, and the service life can be as long as several decades without reducing the technical indicators; safe and convenient construction; white appearance, beautiful and smooth, good bending and compressive strength, and small loss during transportation and use.
