Introduction
Calcium silicate pipe is a new type of thermal insulation material made of silicon oxide (quartz sand, powder, silicon, algae, etc.), calcium oxide (also useful lime, calcium carbide slag, etc.) and reinforcing fiber (such as mineral wool, glass fiber, etc.) as the main raw materials, through stirring, heating, gelling, molding, autoclaving hardening, drying and other processes. Its main materials are highly active diatomaceous earth and lime. Under high temperature and high pressure, hydrothermal reaction occurs to boil the product, and mineral wool or other fibers are added as reinforcing agents, and coagulant materials are added to form a new type of thermal insulation material.
Applications
Calcium silicate pipe is a new type of white hard thermal insulation material. It has the characteristics of light capacity, high strength, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cutting and sawing. It is widely used in the thermal insulation and fireproof sound insulation of equipment pipelines, walls and roofs in the power, metallurgy, petrochemical, cement manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding and other industries.
Product structure
Calcium silicate pipe is a thermal insulation material made by thermoplastic reaction of calcium silicate powder and mixing it with inorganic fibers. Product Features
The safe use temperature is up to 650℃, which is 300℃ higher than ultra-fine glass wool products and 150℃ higher than expanded perlite products; the thermal conductivity is low (γ≤ 0.56w/m.k), which is much lower than other hard insulation materials and composite silicate insulation materials; the bulk density is small, the weight is the lowest among hard insulation materials, the insulation layer can be thinner, and the rigid bracket can be greatly reduced during construction, and the labor intensity of installation is low; the insulation product is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and has high mechanical strength; the product can be used repeatedly for a long time, and the service life can be as long as several decades without reducing the technical indicators; the construction is safe and convenient; the appearance is white, beautiful and smooth, with good bending and compressive strength, and small loss during transportation and use.
