Product Description
Magnesite bricks are made of sintered magnesia, high purity magnesia and fused magnesia as raw materials, and magnesite is the main crystalline phase in the product. Its advantages are high refractoriness, high strength at high temperature, stable volume at high temperature and good resistance to alkaline slag，but thermal shock stability is poor. Mainly used in the permanent lining of steel furnace, lime kiln, glass kiln regenerator, ferroalloy furnace, mixed iron furnace, non-ferrous metal furnace and the lining of other steel, non-ferrous metallurgy furnace and building materials industry kiln.
Product Description
Magnesium-chrome bricks are made of high purity magnesia, chromium ore or magnesium-chrome sand as raw materials, and sintered at high temperature according to different combination methods. Magnesium-chrome bricks have excellent slag erosion resistance, high temperature overheating damage resistance, vacuum damage resistance, oxidation reduction resistance, abrasion and erosion resistance. Magnesium-chrome bricks are widely used in cement kiln lining, metal smelting furnace of the key parts, RH or DH vacuum degassed furnace, VOD, ladle, AOD, ultra high power electric arc furnace, large non-ferrous metal smelting furnace (flash furnace, converter, anode furnace, etc.) working lining, hot spot area, slag line area, wind-eye area, scour area and other vulnerable areas.
The physical and chemical properties and functional performance of magnesium-chrome bricks can be greatly improved after salt leaching treatment. After salt leaching, the product`s porosity is reduced by about 5.0%, the bulk density is increased by about 0.05g/cm3, and the compressive strength is increased by about 30MPa. According to the different raw materials used, magnesium-chrome bricks series products are divided into three categories: rebonded magnesium-chrome bricks (RBTRMC), directly bonded magnesium-chrome bricks (RBTDMC) and semi-rebonded magnesium-chrome bricks (RBTSRMC).
