Product Information
Alumina ceramic sagger is an industrial tool made of high-purity alumina powder, which is often used in high-temperature, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant application scenarios. Its raw materials are mainly high-purity alumina powder, which is processed through multiple processes such as pulping, molding, drying, and processing. The molding process can be completed by injection molding, pressing, grouting, etc.
The main materials of saggers are cordierite-mullite, mullite, corundum-mullite, alumina, fused quartz or a composite of these materials.
The main molding methods are semi-dry pressing, plastic rolling, hot pressing and pressure grouting.
