Silicon Carbide Roller
Product Information
Silicon carbide roller is a high-performance ceramic material, mainly used for support and transmission in high-temperature environments. It is made of a mixture of green silicon carbide micropowder, carbon ink, graphite powder and a high-adhesive agent, and is generated by infiltrating metal silicon at a high temperature of 1700 degrees. It can be formed by casting, extrusion or machine pressing.
Performance characteristics
Good high-temperature strength: It can maintain good strength in high-temperature environments and is not easy to deform or damage.
Good thermal shock resistance: It can still maintain structural integrity and functional stability under drastic temperature changes.
Excellent high-temperature creep resistance: It is not easy to creep even when used under high temperature conditions for a long time.
Strong wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance and can extend the service life.
Strong oxidation resistance: It can effectively resist oxidation and reduce material loss.
Long service life: Compared with traditional materials such as alumina ceramic rods, silicon carbide rollers have a longer service life, which is more than 10 times that of alumina ceramic rods.
