Versatile Hollow Ball Bricks for Insulation
Classification
Alumina hollow ball bricks&Zirconia hollow ball bricks
description
Alumina hollow ball bricks are made of alumina hollow ball and alumina powder as the main raw material, combined with other binder, after 1750 degrees high temperature firing, belongs to a kind of ultra-high temperature and energy-saving insulation material.
Features
Alumina hollow ball bricks contain a large number of closed porosity, thus it has high strength and stability of porosity structure, low density, good thermal shock resistance and small change of permanent linear, low thermal conductivity.
Zirconia hollow ball bricks with high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, big thermal expansivity. Zirconia hollow ball products made entirely by zirconia hollow ball, with good high temperature strength and stability of porosity structure.
Application
Alumina hollow ball bricks are mainly used in the gasifier reactor of petrochemical industry, carbon black industry , induction furnace of metallurgical industry, down-draft kiln, shuttle kiln, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, induction furnace, nitrogenation oven, and other high temperature, super high temperature furnaces.
Zirconia hollow ball bricks are used in ultra high temperature equipment such as furnace cover parts of the thermal insulation material, such as medium frequency high temperature furnace, carbon black reactor, molybdenum wire furnace, tungsten rod furnace, etc. Excellent performance, the highest safe operating temperature is 2200℃, in the metallurgical, petrochemical, electronic and other industrial thermal equipment as a direct contact with the flame of high temperature lining material, good use effect.
